Return and Exchange Conditions

You can return or request an exchange for the products you purchased on our website within 14 days after the date of purchase, within the scope of the implementation of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 without specifying any conditions.

After you inform us, the fault of the faulty product you will send to us will be corrected or replaced with a new one. It is not possible to return or exchange the product if the defect of the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days.

All accessories belonging to the product to be returned and if any, gift/campaign products must be returned at the same time.
